For the past many years, Gramann Reporting’s reporter, Lindsay DeWaide, has worked endlessly on Wisconsin Court Reporters Association (WCRA) committees, on the WCRA board, and individually with many reporters across Wisconsin and elsewhere to help them with diverse issues from software and process to committee roles and personal/professional issues.  As she stepped through the ranks of the WCRA hierarchy, all the while she has kept her eye on the role of the reporter and court reporting generally to maintain our profession’s status as the official “keeper of the record.”  She has expressed to me her concern in the past that areas of the profession’s evolution are detrimental long term, and is passionate about working to identify and redirect its path.  Her new role as president now offers her the opportunity to do so with more direct involvement.

We are proud and honored to have Lindsay as part of our Gramann Reporting team and know that our profession is in good hands with her leadership.

Congratulations, and thank you for your service, Lindsay!
